I. Service Notice

1. CASHOP is a cross-border e-commerce platform developed, operated, and managed by 開售鋪, designed to provide users with purchasing agent services. Users can browse and purchase overseas products through the Service, issue purchasing instructions, and CASHOP will assist in contacting third-party merchants, processing orders, and delivering products through cooperative logistics channels. CASHOP is a cross-border purchasing agent service provider, offering only product display, purchasing agent services, and logistics assistance, and is not the seller of the products.

2. CASHOP provides the following services:

(1) Product Purchasing Agent Service: CASHOP purchases products on behalf of users from legally established entities (hereinafter referred to as "Merchants") through the e-commerce platform built by CASHOP (hereinafter referred to as "Target Products").

(2) Product Verification Service: After receiving products at the CASHOP transit warehouse, staff will [open and verify] the items, checking whether the product type, style, and color match the order information, inspecting the appearance for damage, and providing one outer packaging photo and six product photos (front, back, left, right, top, and bottom views) free of charge. As the staff are not authentication experts, no guarantee can be made regarding product authenticity. Users may choose to pay for additional photos or videos to confirm product condition.

(3) Warehousing and Forwarding Service: After receiving the Target Products, CASHOP provides transit warehousing services, including receiving, weighing and measuring, repackaging, reinforcement, and other processes. Repackaging or reinforcement services incur additional material fees (users may choose at their discretion). Upon receiving a shipment request from the user and the corresponding fees, CASHOP will entrust the Target Products to a delivery company for international shipping.

3. International Forwarding.

(1) To ensure user shopping experience and logistics efficiency, users must authorize CASHOP in advance to sign delivery contracts on their behalf. After the user pays all applicable fees, CASHOP will, without unreasonable delay, entrust the delivery company to ship the products to the user's designated delivery address, performing the forwarding operation on behalf of the user. Unless otherwise specified by CASHOP, users cannot designate a shipping date.

(2) CASHOP is not a carrier or the party obligated to perform under the Target Product delivery contract. CASHOP shall not be liable for any failure to deliver, delayed delivery, damage, or any other losses or adverse consequences suffered by the user related to the contract due to accidents. For the contractual terms related to Target Product delivery (including ancillary services such as compensation or registered mail), please refer to the shipping terms or postal terms provided by the delivery company.

(3) When a delivery contract is formed between the delivery company and the user, CASHOP, pursuant to the forwarding terms in Item 1, pays the delivery fees and other charges to the delivery company on behalf of the user from the fees already paid by the user.

(4) The user understands and agrees that: When placing an order on CASHOP, the user is responsible for ensuring that the products can be legally imported into the destination country or region. The recipient, as the actual Importer of Record (Importer of Record), must fulfill relevant customs duties, clearance, and compliance obligations. Special Notice: Customs authorities in certain countries or regions may require the importer to provide identification documents (such as passport, tax ID, etc.) before releasing goods. The recipient should cooperate and provide such documents promptly as required, to avoid delays in customs clearance and delivery. The recipient may be required to pay import duties and taxes levied by the destination country or region's customs, including customs duties, import consumption tax, customs clearance service fees, etc. (collectively referred to as "Import Fees"). Customs policies vary by country or region, and some regions may exempt packages below a certain value from relevant duties and taxes. Users should contact the destination customs authority directly to learn about the latest regulations.

4. Product Verification.

(1) During the course of its services, CASHOP will open and verify the contents of the outer packaging of Target Products delivered to the transit warehouse address (hereinafter referred to as "Verification Process"). Based on the results of the Verification Process, if the Target Products are found to have incorrect contents, insufficient quantity, damage, or stains (collectively referred to as "Defects"), CASHOP will notify the user. However, CASHOP does not guarantee the quality of the products, the presence or absence of defects, authenticity, or compliance with the laws of the shipping country, transit country, destination country, or other relevant jurisdictions.(2) During the Verification Process described above, CASHOP verifies and records the contents, types, and quantities of the Target Products (hereinafter referred to as "Product Content Information") based on accompanying delivery slips. If there are omissions, errors, or unclear markings in the delivery slip, CASHOP shall not be held responsible even if the information it has recorded is inaccurate.5. Product Description.

During the course of its services, CASHOP will publish product details based on the Aikucun platform for users to browse and place orders. Users may click on the original product link to view the product source and detailed information. CASHOP will make every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product descriptions, images, specifications, and other related information provided through the Service, but does not guarantee that such information is always error-free, up-to-date, or fully reliable.

6. Sanctions and Import/Export Restrictions.

Users shall not use any services provided by CASHOP if they are listed on any sanctions list by any applicable law or competent authority (including the United States and other countries or regions), or if their transactions are restricted due to applicable sanctions measures. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the export and re-export of goods, software, technology, and services.
